It's not possible to show my appreciation for this forum and all the wonderful folks who comprise it with anything other than words.

But, turns out, I do pretty well with words. It seems sort of incredible to me that I have written five Christmas stories for Lit. If you have caught up on all of this year's contest entries, I'd like to offer up my 2020 submission. It did not get the love some of my others have, perhaps because the title scared people away in that dark season, or because they did not understand that it was a stand alone and not part of a series.

In any regard, I offer as a gift of words, Mary and Alvin's Covid Christmas

Happy Holidays to you all.

Wishing you the same Melissa. I hope the new year is wonderful for you and yours.

Happy Holidays to you all.
Your presence here is a gift to us all, in addition to your many wondrous works.

Merry Christmas to you Melissa, and to everybody else.
Good reading to you all.

Merry Christmas, Melissa. You're always a thoughtful and mature voice in this forum, and it's appreciated. And that White Castle story still makes me laugh. I'll read the one you linked to. I didn't get that far into the M&A series.

Merry Christmas to all, and to all, a good night, soonish. We're loading up Donnie, Cat, Jo, me, the gifts, a turkey, and some Irish Whiskey in the morning and heading to my parent's house. Probably won't be on until Tuesday, but you can never tell.

NOW IS THE TIME FOR THE AIRING OF GRIEVANCES!

We did our airing of grievances this morning over breakfast. It turned into a shouting match and tears. Not the best of traditions. No feats of strength today, mostly just feats of mutual tolerance.

Didn't help that I couldn't find the pole. It's in my workshop... somewhere... I think.

feats of mutual tolerance
Totally understand. Spending the afternoon tomorrow and Christmas morning at my Ex’s house with my sons.
I hope I have enough tolerance save up to not put my head through a wall.

On a better, nicer note... literally!... my major Christmas present for this year arrived on Thursday: a new English horn. My old one was getting cranky and difficult, and I was embarrassing myself and frustrating our conductor trying to make music with it. The new one is - oh gosh - heavenly. What a difference!

Totally understand.

Thank you. My tolerance was enhanced by a margarita at our local Mexican restaurant. She enjoyed a flan for dessert, a Christmas Eve tradition, tho' a day early.

My Christmas present to AH is in Emily's good vibes thread. Enjoy: https://forum.literotica.com/thread...ce-to-each-other-thread.1595833/post-98064405

Your "White Castle Christmas" will always be one of my favorite Christmas stories. Happy Holidays Melisa!
