I can't beleive how expensive it's gotten to live there. No way without my second degree and working again could I afford it. Hell, Mom's expanded trailer on two lots 6 blocks from the river is worth over $175 K.

Oh, I know. A real estate agent came down on the pier to chat while I was fishing. He was showing a one bedroom condo on the 5th floor. Asked how much for it. $799 K. I almost spewed my beer.

The question of where the service workers are going to be able to afford to live and the homeless is huge. Unreal.
