One day I was playing with my son and asking the parts of his face and head. After pointing to his ear and asking him, "What's this?" I very nearly wet myself laughing when he said,

I thank you Azul... truly I do. But.... in the long run - and in lieu of the current events in my offline life - I am glad there is no man about. I do not think it is meant to be for me. And no - I am not having a "pity poor li'l me" party. Just stating the honest truth.

It would matter not if there were a man in my life or not - Do NOT let that stop you from being as you are. You may indeed send all the kisses and compliments you wish. And if there were a man - and he asked just who this was that was sending me kisses and compliments - I'd look him right in the eye and tell him, "A very dear friend. No need to be a jealous monster. Now hush!" *LoL* Welllllllllllllllllllllllllll - I would!

The only other problem? Stems from the convincing of the 28yoswm that I am HAPPY w/out a man in my life. Yes - they are wonderful to have around - to help with the odd task - or to fix something that's broken; and they are a joy to snuggle into when the night is cold or in front of a fire.

But! And I stress this! I DO NOT NEED, or want, the disbelief or the penchant they have for making me feel LESS than valued, respected, and loved.
