Hey g/f! It's good to be back. Even with the inducement of the next four months of internet service FREE on the table - the best they could do was to tell me they could get my service re-activated AFTER Memorial Day!

Qwest, my phone ppl, installed DSL over the last two days - and then sent a tech out to check the inside wiring.

He not only updated the wiring (it was like 30+ yrs old!) - he had to update the wall-jack - AND the exterior phone box on the side of the house! *sigh*

It's GREAT to be back! And, "damn turds" is about the nicest thing I can say - and still remain a lady.

Hmmm....I seem to remember telling you earthlink sucked I always had problems with them when I used them a long time ago. I've been with my cable companies internet service ever since.

~ I almost went with Comcast. The choice between them and my phone ppl came right down to the wire - AND the way I was treated by the Customer Service Rep.

I got an OUTSTANDING rep! She even gave me her private number and told me to call her WHENEVER I have a problem or need assistance. (Now tell me where else an agent/representative of a major company will do that!) She was awesome! Truly awesome!

Got everything handled for me THIS week!! I couldn't be happier!


And I have missed you too - truly! I mean - one can only play Age of Empires and Mahjongg just so many times during a month! *sigh*
