What is Sexy? What does the word Sexy mean to you?

And to stay on topic my how to question is this.

I'm male, how does a 34 year old slightly over weight male become sexy because I don't think I am.

I hear ya Nightbird. I am 34 and much more then slightly overweight. I went with the phrase "fake it till you make it". I pretended to be self confident, I pretended to think I look good and now I actually have 2 guys who find me sexy as hell. I personally don't understand it and tell them so. It's attitude more then anything. They like the attitude so they like the stretch marks, they like to hold the belly while cuddling.. the boobs that I think are much too much of a good thing.. in reality I hate it all. But they find me, all of me attractive. The more they "rub it in" basically that they find me attractive the more I begin to believe and feel it... I feel sexy as hell when I am with them

sexy is a girl who likes to smile because of being happy. A natural non-forced smile, while her hairs, soft and light as they are, move with the wind. As less makeup as possible, and a warming pair of eyes. Thats sexy to me.

Lust Enginge hit it on the head--it's not the clothes or other material things and it's not looks.

For me sexy is different things on different men. A smile, the voice, the way he holds his coffee cup, the way he interacts with other people, a little spark in the eye, the ability to laugh at himself, etc.

All in all it is how you feel in your own skin that exudes sexiness.

I wrote my original post poorly but some people where able to interpret my Nightbirdeese..

What I really wanted to know was how everyone defined "Sexy" what it was to them and what it means.

I do have a lot of moments of self doubt but I can feel and be sexy at times as well.

And I've been told I write pretty good.

This sums it up for me. Being sexy isn't about how you look, it's about how you feel. My husband can make me forget about my weight and other imperfections, and it makes me feel so sexy to know that he's turned on by me.

Sexy is as sexy does. Meaning that I feel sexy if I veiw myself that way and others are can be made to feel sexy if I treat them as if they are, which I believe we all are sexual beings, sometimes buried true but there none the less.

This is how I feel too (only I'm 23). Whenever I'm talking to my man, or with him, all thoughts disappear along those lines just because I know he finds me sexy and attractive. I don't always need to hear him say how he feels like that, but when I see that look in his eyes...... damn does it make me feel good, like I'm some sort of supermodel or something, even though I am far from it.
