Let's talk about the instances where cartoon characters get a little hot under the collar. And I mean in regular cartoons, not hentai movies.
I'll star off with a funny scene in Sailor Moon where Minako (Sailor Venus) apparently wants a date because of rampaging hormones.
Usagi (Sailor Moon) and Makoto (Sailor Jupiter) watch on as Minako stands fuming after the boy she tried to ask out declines her offer to go to the cinema.
Minako: DAMN IT!
Usagi: Nice try.
Makoto: Too bad, shall I go and watch the movie with you?
Minako: WHY?
Makoto: Well it would be a waste to throw those tickets away wouldn't it?
Usagi: Say what movie did you want to go to?
Minako: "Adult love X-X"
Usagi and Makoto suddenly look very surprised at their team mate
Usagi: "X..."
Makoto: "...X"
Minako: (Blushing) Well getting Tayki to come with me didn't work out so I guess I'll ask Yaten instead. (She spots the guy) YATEEEN!
Makoto: If he refuses your offer, I'll gladly go and see the movie with you!
In Avatar, the last airbender in the episode "The southren raiders" there was this absolutely hillarious and sexy scene in which bad-guy-turned-good-guy Prince Zuko wanted to have a talk with the main male character of the show, Sokka. While Zuko makes his way towards Sokka's tent he bumps into Sokka's girlfriend Suki, when he asks her what she's doing outside she gives an evasive answer. But Zuko got his answer when entering Sokka's tent and finding Sokka shirtless, in a suggestive pose with candles burning and a rose in his mouth expecting Suki to walk in.
Again from Avatar, blind girl Toph had this to say when she was clamping on for dear life in the fur of skybison Appa.
Toph: Can we please get a new saddle, riding bareback is terrifying!
