A lot of my "stories to write" file is just that. Will be interesting to see what story ideas others have. i'm not sharing mine!

You've hit on exactly what I'm talking about--images, phrases or bits of dialog from which an entire story can grow. No time now but maybe I'll throw some in later.
All the time, I constantly have scenes going on and character conversations in my head. If a few of my writers friends didn't admit the same to me I'd think I'm going crazy.
But yeah at the oddest of times a downright nasty scene will formulate in my mind and will usually linger around until I can scramble to jot down the basics and write it out when i go home. It's strange how the best inspiration comes at the least expectant times. But it's helped me tremendously in writing erotica, especially since all my stories are lesbian and creativity is a must being there's life outside of dildos and strap-ons.

Since I started the thread, the least I can do is contribute.
Here's an idea that's been kicking around in my head for a while now. This is based on a girl who in real life taught a cardio kickboxing class that I took. This girl was very fit and talented at it.
Anyway, part of the fantasy is that after class when we're both all sweaty and worked up, she seduces me. She peels off her sports bra, guides my hands to her breasts and says, "Squeeze these--hard!" She gets off on pain and the rest is all brutal and rough right there on the gym floor.
