If I understand correctly, Lovense makes a male sleeve, and a rabbit vibe that not only are remotely controllable, but work together somehow. I don't know specifics, as I don't own this brand, but about 2 years ago now, I was handed control of a male sleeve from a friend/sexting partner. It was a HUGE turn on for both of us, even though I wasn't actively participating.

Between the two apps (Lovense and Satisfyer) Lovense is much more intuitive, and it doesn't require a video call to connect the device to the second party. I don't care for the Satisfyer app for a second party control, only because it's confusing for the controller. I haven't tried to run it that way from a second phone since they updated... Maybe it's better now? I couldn't say without testing it again.

One vote in Satisfyer's favor... An outstanding 10-year warranty, whereas Lovense has a 1-year warranty. I would guess, however, Lovense builds their stuff better...? I mean, the Curvy 2 I have right now is number 4, meaning the first 3 died within a year. With normal use, the air pulse motor doesn't stand up well. The Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation has withstood some serious playtime and is still going strong. That one is a bit over 2 years old. That one is not controllable with the app.

My biggest concern is spending that much and not being able to use it. One comment I've read is that if you're thicker than average, it can be almost prohibitively tight. I'm very girthy, so spending that much makes me a little nervous if it'll be unusable.

I have the same issue, the clerk let me feel the opening with my fingers that was it. I guessed it was too small, but it sounded like a lot of fun so I bought it. I used it once and about broke myself. Last toy I have purchased.

Just checking in on my fave Lit thread and group of people as I do periodically… hiya mountainmike I’m still in a wonderful relationship with the man I met here, happy to say neither of us are sexless any longer (yes moved our relationship from online to IRL) and haven’t been for almost 3yrs. And yes, being with a like minded lover who really appreciates an enthusiastic partner and you’re in love, makes for the best sex you’ll ever have. 2023 is the year we will both end our lengthy marriages & move in together if everything goes according to plan. So don’t lose hope and if you meet someone here and you both have the same end goal, give it a chance to work IRL too. Our only foreseeable small problem is how do we say we met each other, once we are officially ‘out’ as a couple?! The “oh we were both on a sex site probably isn’t family friendly”

I’m actually working on a fiction book about people stuck in sexless marriages in midlife, I actually got the idea from this group a few years ago! Based on the stats of how many people are stuck just like us, I suspect there’s a market out there if I do a good job so if I get it done and published I’ll let y’all know.
