Been trying to find some sort of online counciling service, i am obviously and understandably embarrassed and hesitant about talknig about this in RL.

Laurel is a firm believer in Freedom of Speech. Unless someone was outright threatening another member of Lit, she would not delete posts herself. And, unless someone was a proven child, or threatening other members of Lit, she would not ban the ISP.

Us Moderators only have "power" in the direct board we help run. On the BB's main page, on the right hand side, you can see who moderates which boards. No one moderates this board. (Before I got my "job" at the Personals the first time aroud, I offered to help out in the Story Ideas, How To, Sexual Role Play, or Personals board because I felt that each could benefit from a Moderator. As it turns out, minutes after my mail to her, I saw the SRP board had two Mods!)
