It's a registered pot farm. Which is legal here in California. So there's nothing ICE can really do about the pot.

ICE can't arrest for State law violations so Child Protective Services will have to get involved for the child labor issue. CPS will do nothing because; A) it's a registered pot farm; B) pot farms have customers who are the residents of the local community (you know, like the people who work for CPS) who NEED their pot and need it cheap; C) nearly impossible to prove that the pot farm was using the kids to pick the pot, even though they were there and no parent or adult was present with them. Simpler and easier to just take the kids of conservatives who object to the DEI and tranz movement.

I can see all that. Makes sense. Employer is likely to be questioned and at worst, fined for violations of labor laws by the state should they take the case.
