Serious Help Needed!

What do you do when you develop a rather large, hard, crusty booger deep inside your nostril? The kind that just sits there, scratching and irritating your nose until you feel the need to ram your finger in there and yank it out before you go insane? What do you do when you desire to feel that hard chunk of snot slide out of your nostril, a warm, moist trail of booger attatched to the very back of it?

How do you take care of this problem at work or in a room full of people?

1.Discreetly leave the room, remove the offending booger and return
2.Take out a hanky and sneeze?

I had a crunchy booger earlier. I blew my nose. It's in the garbage at PacSun now - that guy was cute too. Hope he doesn't look at my boogie.
