Series not showing in list of stories

I have a couple of stories in that are part of a series.

The stories have been published and they have the "in series" icon. However the series name does not appear in the publicly visible list of my submissions.

In the Control Panel the series shows as "draft" and "in progress", and I can see the stories within it.

Am I missing a step?

UPDATE:
Yesterday, two of my series changed from "Pending Moderation" to "Published" and they now appear in my public story list. That is about two weeks since I last submitted them.
