I could see it in a sort of "Logan's Run" type system. You could have sub-groups, if the older person was into BDSM then you could have sub-castes of sub castes. Politically this could be very intersting. I like the story suggestion before of it starting prior to the age of 18.

I also think it would be interesting to see this culture's young advertising. You wouldn't tarket sexy ads in the 18-28 market to young people, but to persons of maturity.

Neat concept, it would make a very interesting Novel.
