I have noticed that all of my most sensual friends (myself included) are very spiritual, not religious...do you find this in your own life?

Some of us are all of the above. ;)

Yup.....Religions normally look down on self-pleasuring yourself ("It'll make you blind" Didn't. :) )

But most of us seem to believe in a higher purpose to your life.

yes

but aren't they conected? I mean if you're spritual you're worshiping your self & finding ways to better what's around you

I was born and raised Catholic, and before I began to be involved with guys, people had told me that I had a sensual nature. The way that I move my hands, teh way that I draw, etc, was always noted to be sensual. When I began dating, I realized that they were right.. people noticed how I moved and talked, and the expressions on my face. A friend of mine recently told me that he'd been attracted to me for 5 years now, but had never had the guts to tell me, and it was because of my sensual nature.. I find it incredible. HOwever, now I'm not so much religious. I'm more spiritual, and I've learned to love myself even more, and to relish sensuality...
Maybe they are connected.. maybe the sensuality was a lead into more spirituality than religion.. I don't know..
