Yea I still don't get that... I am 62 and I never eat dinner at 5 and I am up till late... and sleep till 8 ... not into all that early to bed early to raise crap.

Frankly I never did understand the reason for it. I had to get up at 4:30 for work... Now that I am retired... ain't nothing getting me up at 4:30am!
