Perhaps all of us in this thread are sending them to the same person and that's why we're not hearing anything back. Not only are they inundated with all of the letters they have to answer, but their inbox is full.

If you want to work on a randomizer, get it through testing, and get Manu or Laurel to approve of the program I'm all for it!
