This goes along with my own personal likes... but...

A small class of women, some more prudish than others, definitely a token exhibitionist that is just there for the sheer pleasure of performing for a crowd. A male or female instructor arrives, and instructs the class in a very specific step-by-step masturbation session. The instructor maintains control of every movement, right down to setting a timer or counting down the amount of time a woman can touch/feel/pinch, etc., perhaps adding some more significant pain-pleasure elements either as punishment for not following directions or to stretch the limits of those in the room. Ultimately all the students will have at least one gushing orgasm (maybe more - instructor's prerogative). Perhaps in a subsequent class (or maybe even this first one?) there is penetration by dildo, or vibe use. I can see this expanding to a series of classes, i.e. - hands only, ice play, insertions, anal (though that wouldn't be my thing), pain for pleasure (nip clamps/clips, etc)...

Ideally this story would be something that a person like me could sit down with and follow along to the best possible ending...

lol. Plotlines are simply generic anyway. It's the personal touches from a skilled writer that make the story.

I have a similar idea in my concept binder at home about a couple that go to a resort to learn these things taking classes with just girls, just guys and as a couple. The application of the series would be very much as the OP described.

Not sure when that will hit my agenda though.
