So a prequel to The World According to Garp?

Not specifically. In that novel, the sex was for the specific purposes of Jenny Fieldes impregnating herself to have a child without having all the complications she associates with sex. In my idea, the focus is on the pleasure and relief of the patient As well, the other character(s) enjoy it was well, unlike Jenny Fields, who remains very anti-sex. In the novel, Jenny is also TS Garp's nurse. I was thinking visitors.

And in Garp, the sex with TS Garp is included in very beginning of the novel, just not in an explicit way.
Also TS Garp has a brain injury, is not in a coma.

Set a little in the future when DNA can be fully analyzed for all sorts of things.
A young man is in a coma following (insert accident here). The doctors don't have a good prognosis.
After a month, the doctors approach his parents. "Your sons DNA is as genetically perfect s we've seen. No predisposition markers for heart conditions or cancers, or any other malady. He's tall and handsome. We'd like to suggest you allow us to take his semen. He could live on though the children he gives to couples who can't conceive on their own."
After a while his parents agree.
What the nurses find is that he's also fabulously hung and he does get hard when they attempt extraction. It becomes a favorite duty for the staff. Until the day that he wakes up.
"I have how many children?"
Turns out he has many, with three on the nursing staff and one with a doctor's wife.
