I don't get out much, but I have Satellite and a remote and I'm not afraid to use it!

So, what should I pray to the pay-per-view gods for?

Hmm...I liked The Sum Of All Fears, if you can get past the chronological fuck up.

I've heard that.

Just saw Tomb Raider - still not sure if I liked it - the accent kept throwing me

Just borrowed some DVDs from my mom this week. I liked these ones (some are not exactly "new" movies)

Wind Talkers
The Others
John Q
Panic Room
Fast and the Furious

Wicked:kiss:

Don't forget Halooween: Resurrection. CLASSIC!!!! It is fun, though, if you like dumb horror flicks.

Rent...

"Louis L'Amour/Crossfire Trail" with Tom Selleck.

"Quigley Down Under" with Tom Selleck :D

Amelie. Instantly went into my (very hard to crack) top 5.

Dude, just mentioning that one makes my brow furrow!

Jesus...that was one of the most original movies I've ever seen. I think I got about 60% of what was going on...I need to watch it a couple more times. Good thing it's a five day rental.

To each his own. The big difference, though, is, Amelie isn't on PPV right now.

You'll see something different each time.

I just finished Training Day again on DVD - I LOVE that flick!

And although now 20 years later its dated, I'm still a huge fan of Manhunter.

Come to think of it, Rear Window gets a huge nod as well.

On a much worse note, Vampire's Kiss was on earlier - what a waste of Jennifer Beals! But at least I can look forward to her new lesbian series :D

I'm gonna argue that there are bigger differences.

I saw the sneak preview of Kangaroo Jack last weekend. While the movies just OK, the actress Estella Warren (I think that's her name) was absolutely lucious. Mmmm.mmmm..good.
