Hi sweetie. Sorry you are having a hard time sleeping tonight. When I have a lot on my mind and I am having trouble sleeping I put soft music on. It gives my mind something to focus on and helps me sleep.

Indeed. And today is just shaping up to be that way. There's nothing like looking up at the changing leaves with a crystal blue sky in the background. It's practically the only time I look up in the daytime for more than a moment.

It's ultra clear here. Such a beautiful day, and the warmth is returning (yes, back into the 70s after the "cold snap" that's been low 60s by mid-afternoon).

I really need to update my wardrobe for the season (if the season can ever make up its mind)

Its nice here today with a high of 88


My son was hurt playing football Friday night.He has a haitline fracture in a vertabrae in his neck.We go to the neruosurgeon tomorrow morning.Please remember him in your prayers.
He is much more upset at being out of the game the rest of the year than the injury
