Good evening to everyone.

Well, I'm here tonight! Work was...interesting. I felt the full 8+ hours today, but I felt good having completed everything we could. Took care of some errands (haircut and oil change). And now can finally breathe a little.

So how's everyone fairing tonight?

I am good, for the most part. Glad to see you had an interesting day....

Yeah, I had to cut (yes, cut) the floor today at the factory with this mowing machine. Sparks were flying everywhere, I was just waiting for my pants to catch fire or something.

My boss. It's weird. I don't think it's concrete, but I don't think it's earth either. I mowed off about 1/8th of an inch layer of dirt and oil from the ground. It was....nasty....but it ate up a lot of time!:D

Good morning everyone.

Missy, I think that it also gives people a chance to know one another in ways that we normally wouldn't because so many people judge other strictly on the outward appearance.

This is so true... I know so many people in daily life sometime mistake my shyness for either a weirdness or someone snobby...

The internet also makes offline meetings so much easier, cause you know more about the person and don't have to be on an interview during a date.

There's something about the net, perhaps the animosity, that really helps one lose their inhibitions and let themselves go. Definitely a plus for building a relationship, even with people whom you probably wouldn't have started off in person.

Oh yes, that animosity doesn't allow me to feel the embarassment as I normally would in daily life and I feel I share more on the net... I've been told many times before that I am a mystery and that some people feel like I have this other life that I'm not sharing with them cause I'm afraid of revealing something... but on the internet there's no fear of sharing, I do hold myself back some cause I imagine if I let myself go I'd give away too much about myself on the internet cause it is so easy to share...

I agree, the only problem is that I have some men to be less than truthful about themselves. The funny thing is that the things that they are untruthful about really are not the things that matter to me.

I so totally agree Vay. The only problem with it is that the emotion can't be seen in the words on the screen. So people sometimes can misunderstand things.

And yet I agree again....

I've been misunderstood before because I allowed too much emotion to show through... Writing an email or whatever when you are in a crappy mood is a bad idea... it's like when you are with someone in person that knows you, they can see a crappy mood coming and they know where not to go... now on the internet a person can't see this and they will probably go just where they are not to go... (don't know if this makes any sense) and then of course regretfully I let my wrath show... though I have pulled the reign on this and hopefully have control over it...

Perhaps emails need a warning label: This email contains overtly sexual comments towards you, which since you feel like crap and look like shit you are not in the mood for at the moment.

Or another warning label: You are blissfully horny today and this email contains some whinning, this will cause you to be depressed. Go masturbate and read this tomorrow!

Of course for this the email program would have to know your current mood of the day, don't think they've invented the mood dector as of yet... though they should!!

This I have been through as well, though mostly when they are untruthful about about appearance or relationship status they will shoot down any thought of meeting, even when expressed in a joke... and I'm always a little leary of those that won't give a picture of themselves, just for the fact it seems like they are hiding something... not like the ones that don't have a camera or something, but when the totally refuse any question for a picture, or you ask for one and they say they will send it but never do... oh anyways!! There's about five bad apples for every one knight in shinning armor!

Note for guys, don't lie about your package cause I don't give a shit about your size... it's the motion in the ocean and the talent of your tongue that matters...
