Hmm, i'd say invite him over to your place for drinks or a meal.

Find something you two can do together after work and straight out ask him. Plain english always worked for me when i was that age...hell still does!

Okay just to offer my most humble opinions. I am nearly 21 years old and I worked in an office where it was primarily women. They were my friends and of course I was way younger than them but I did not once have any sexual feelings for any of them. I don't know about you and this guy but I don't want to see you get hurt. I don't know if he is serious when he jokes. A lot of guys my age joke about sexual matters with their friends. If your his friend he may feel free to joke with you the same. I don't know how he is going to react when he realizes your dead serious about the flirtations. Becareful is my point. He may not be as serious as you and he may not be comfortable with this idea. Then again if its sex you seek well he is a male.

Hey rcik, I know what you mean and I don't even know how serious *I* am about all this. Right now it's fun playing around and makes the day go by faster. I thought about instituting a code word as I have with my gay friends when talking about something that makes one uncomfortable. I do know he has few friends outside his gaming guild and even they aren't friends perse. He expressed surprise when I said all my male friends are straight, that I have no straight male friends.
