Hey I tryed searching for a thread on this but didnt find any thing... is any one a member of that? If so how is it?

I registered and all but never did anything with it. Because my computer kept crashing after a few minutes all the time. Not sure why. I get the impression the biggest hype is over, but there are still a lot of people who hang around there so you might want to try it.

M that seems to be a rather common problem in Second Life, always has been.

I play Second Life, I design clothes and work as a wench in a fantasy sim. Most of my income in that comes from selling clothes and the weekly stipend, it is way more friendly to your basic slut than a paid escort. Though there are many things you can do besides selling yourself, there are dancing jobs, hosting jobs, you also can design clothes, design other thigns like houses and beds and baths. Though if you really want to make alot of the money, scripting is the way to go, scripts are used in almost everything, even some parts of clothes.

There are classes teaching you how to do everything in the game, including sex though really for that one asking a guy to screw you and asking how teaches you all you need to know on that. ;)

It is free unless you want to own land, then you have to pay so much a month plus the initial cost of the land, which can either cost you real money or just game money. There is a bonus to paying for the game though, you get more money in the weekly stipend.

Certain areas are set up to only allow those with registered payment information, which is free to do, you just tell your credit card number or paypal account when you register for the game, though the few places that restrict like that are basically sex areas, the one I know about has a club, a selling area and a red light district, that may or may not have hookers. Last time I went to that place it was packed so full moving was hard, I left fast. ;)

If you decide to give it a try and want some help with things, send an IM to me, I am the only Emap playing still, there are a few more names that come up in a search though with numbers after or emap as part of a bigger name.

Thanks for the offer, but to be honest.... I registered to have a look around to help M who was checking Second Life out for his employer; a big international firm that already has some presence on SL and was looking at the possibilities to expand with the Dutch branch on SL. I have read a lot about SL and know about all the possibilities. In theory it sounds nice but it would not be for me. I just wanted to have a look to be able to talk things through with M for his work, but now the project has been stalled so there is no immediate need.

I think my computer was not entirely up for all the demands of SL and that's why it crashed, although I'm not sure.

Again, thanks for the offer.... I might take you up on it one day later...?

Greetz, M's

I think this game was waaay overrated but then I never really got into it. Didn't seem exiting enough when i played it.

You have to have a kick ass video card to play it. I joined, but I found it to be rather silly. JMO
