Searching for a Story

I once found a story that accidentally got closed before I had finished reading it, and it has driven me crazy since! I have tried every way of searching this story that I could think of, so hopefully someone might be able to help me locate it. Here is what I remember of the story:
A man got home from work to find a note from his neighbor that was very flirty and asking him to come over. She was divorced or separated and he had quite a crush on her. He went to his window and could see her porch area where she had lit candles and he had watched her from there before. When he arrived at her place, she had tied herself up and was waiting for him. She had 3 bird tattoos (I think representing her 3 kids?) that he could see. I remember that he had a camera and took pics of her. And then maybe he said he was going to call friends over to have sex with her?
That's all I can remember and I have no idea what I had searched to find it the first time.... please someone help me find this story so I can finish reading it and be at peace!

She finds she enjoys what they all do and wants more after her neighbour took her virginity. But she has to be their submissive.
