Have you read any of Karl Schroeder's books?

I just finished Ashes of Candesce. It's the 5th book in his Virga series.

He has a unique and interesting premise for the series, but his writing is just awful. In my opinion, of course. The reader has to fill in too many details.

Why you wait...

Did you see this? Not sure if I am happy about this or pissed. It may slow down the 3rd book and I can not see fox giving it the same effort HBO did on Game of Thrones.

I thought the third one, The Doors of Stone, was supposed to be released next Spring?

I'm swearing off of starting multi-book stories until all the books are written. I get tired of waiting for the next one, and when it comes out I've lost the plot.
