The case was sent back down to the Appellate Court to decide how much time the detainees were entitled to:

"To be clear, we decide today only that the detainees are entitled to more notice than was given on April 18,"

So they agree that the AEA does not negate.due process

Win!

They do. And now it falls to Congress to pass legislation defining what rights illegal aliens do and do not have when they have a valid deportation order or Congress can pass other legislation to rein in the lower courts or dissolve them entirely.

Congress created the lower courts and Congress can dissolve them. And there isn't fuck all the Supreme Court can do about it.

Congress already defined that by leaving it to the Constitution.

Good catch!
Congress created the lower courts and Congress can dissolve them.

No surprise -- an appellate court only decides the issues specifically raised on appeal, and not always all of those.

That's why when the SCOTUS rules on the suit involving birthright citizenship, they will only be ruling on nationwide restraining orders of the District Courts.
