Well then, if nobody is being "denied" anything, President Trump only has to instruct his people in Congress to approve the legislation affirming the healthcare.

They ARE going to be changing many of the baselines in Obamacare. Mostly ripping out the expensive frills that apply to .05% of the population but everyone else has to pay for.

The reason that Obamacare needed all the subsidies and shit is because it is a flawed piece of shit legislation. The Republican are going to address those flaws, the democrats know it and they are having a conniption fit over it. They are scared shitless that what the Republicans are doing may actually reduce the insurance costs and that would be a nail in their political coffin..................so they're trying to extort all those subsidies back with this little stunt.

This is a shutdown within a shutdown: trump wants to consolidate more executive powers by firing government workers to help his tax breaks for the rich and the second shutdown relates to the House delaying the oath to an elected congressman in order to stop the Epstein files from being released.

What is true and you seem to think it applies to everyone is that emergency medical treatment cannot be refused to anyone, any indigent, anyone unable to pay, or even those who can pay. They must be treated by law. Regular medical care for illegals is NOT provided with funding from the US government. It may be funded by local government policies, but not by the Federal government.
