How are we doing these days? I have a great need to post something totally random here before I lose my brief Scandinavianity.

Me, I'm doing great. Better than in months, actually. I just got back home from visiting my beloved J for a couple of weeks, and I'll be moving to be with him in August. Yes, moving again. Going back to where we came from.

I actually feel so happy that I just might even start speaking Swedish! Scary stuff, this happiness. Time to hit the sack, I guess. Before someone catches me and makes me speak Swedish that has gotten all kinds of funny for the lack of use lately.

Aw, I missed you... I would have enjoyed hearing you say sju sjösjuka sjömän and sex laxar i en laxask....

I'm a Swedish speaking Finn or FinlandsSvensk. I live near Vasa.
We say Fastlagsbullar here. Semla is a breakfast bread here.
I lived in Stockholm a long time ago and they called them Semla there.
