Hello!

Thank you for your prayers and positive thoughts. I was able to return home last night. :)

They did three MRIs, two cat scans, one spinal tap, took over 22 vials of bllood, x-rays and god knows what else and all they could find is a little pneumonia and a tiny blood clot in my brain stem.

I am on a blood thinner and I will have PT three times a week and OT one time a week.

Saturday of last week, I started having what I thought were tension headaches and my left side was killing me in my lower back and shoulder. I tried to wait it out cause that is what I do. Kal insisted I make an appointment. I went into the nurse practioner since my doctor was out and she diagnosed me with muscle spasms and gave me strong pain killer and muscle relaxer. My blood pressure was 122/72 and my pulse was 70. I felt very drowsy and rested not taking the meds until my husband was able to grab my scripts so I did not take them until after 8pm. i Felt very nauseated and kept hiccuping and dry heaving. I went to go to the bathroom and it was like I was drunk, i Staggered and my speech was convoluted. M y husband called the oncall doctor and we had to wait almost three hours for a return call. he said not to take the 4am dose and to cll my doctor later in the morning:mad: I did my best to makeit through the night. I went to go to the bathroom again that morning ( I drink lots of water :p) and i collapsed like a ragdoll at the edge of my bed. I then vomited lots. My lucky husband.:) Happy 18th anniversary, honey. Got to the hospital and all the tests started. I could not use my right side it was like I had flippers on that side. I thought I was having a bad reaction to the meds and even wrote that to some litsters that morning.

i have gone from no use of my right side to now clumsily walking without a walker, typing this took forever and i can clumsily eat with my right hand and write awkwardly. The doctor was quite surprised.:D I don;t have to go to a rehab center. I evn got to have a cheeseburger last night.

So i have a ways to go. I am exhausted just from writing this. Thank you all SO VERY MUCH for your well wishes. HUGS:heart:
