Saving the World One Bra at a Time

Gabi opened her eyes and smiled then wrinkled her nose.

"Baby poop?" She asked.

"That's what we used to call it when Aunt Livie made us oatmeal remember?" She laughed and looked at her sister.

"Where are we and why don't we have ice cream?" Gabrielle asked with a mischievous look, sitting up and resettling the pillows behind her so she could sit up better, she took the oatmeal bowl from Sophia. Gabi began to dutifully eat it.

"Thanks." She said, her eyes brimming with tears. The covers slipped down her body a bit. She ignored them, her eyes surveyed the room warily before going back to her sister, she tried to piece back together the events that lead them to this room but her brain was a bit foggy and lumpy feeling not unlike the oatmeal she ate slowly.

Sophia looked at the now unappetizing oatmeal. "Gee thanks," she rolled her eyes at her sister. "You know I can't let you eat this now! You always did that, I used to eat oatmeal for years, but now... I'll not be able to at all. I hope you're happy!" She winked then took the oatmeal away, "I can't even watch you eat it."

She got up and put it on the otherside of the room. "Hope your happy!"

Sophia sat back down, "Just have to make do with orange juice now." She looked around the room. "Sis were in a lovely cabin in the woods. A blizzard swirls around us, a hunk sleeps in the next room, awaiting your beauty. Seems he may know you from your past. I'm not to sure there."

With careful detail Sophia explained the rescue of her and her sister. The men were given the antidote, at least she thought they were and then told to find their own way home. "The man's name is Conner Smith. He seems nice, but I am done trusting people, and I really am glad you're here to keep me in line."

"The storm is bad, but Conner says we have enough supplies to last the two weeks he suspects we'll be here."

Gabi giggled at Sophia for acting like that.

"Hey I've eaten worse things in my life, it's warm at least, give that back!" She grabbed the bowl back from Soph.

"Now you will just have to suffer watching me eat it, hah! So a hunk? Waiting for my beauty? Pluuueeease! They always only want you girl. You are the one who is fresh and sunny. I'm the dark bitch from hell remember? So you didn't make the hunk, your melted bit yet? Come on why not?" Gabrielle says lifting her eyebrows.

"I sure hope Arthur and Greg are okay, if not for me they wouldn't be in this at all." She muses noisily sucking in some of the sweetened gruel mostly to watch her sister wince. She laughed again.

"I don't know any Connor Smith, and trust is over rated, not to mention insane, in this business, so I'm with you on that. Maybe we should go rape this fellow and let me know who's boss right off? They love to be raped ya know? What kind of supplies anyway? Let me guess, no cake, no ice cream and no pizza? Am I right? The bastards! Who does this "Mr. Smith" work for anyway? Do you know?" Again she slurped at the oatmeal and watched her sister face, then she put the bowl down on the floor and pounced. Grabbing her sister she hugged Sophie tight.

"I'm so glad you're okay. So glad we are together." She whispered before letting go of Soph from that fierce hug. They were skin to skin for a few minutes of peace before they had to think of other things but nothing was more important to Gabi than this one small moment.

The hug had been one that had felt more genuine then any she had ever recieved since the death of her parents. There had been no hidden agendas, no lies, nothing but love, and respect.

"I don't want us to ever be apart, it sucks!" she wiped a stray tear from her eye. "Mr. Smith got a text message yesterday saying the Russian Red Army knew of our location, but were unable to get here because of the storm. I'm still questioning that, I think once it lifts, they could come in on choppers, but shit, I've been so wrong lately I'm almost waiting for someone to tell me I'm breathing wrong."

She pushed off from the bed, and stirred the fire. "He says he's a Wolf, a group of rouge agents. He was told to get us and bring us here until we could get to Switzerland. Honestly, I haven't a clue what he is planning until we are out of the snow, and I am so glad you're awake, I don't think I could do this without you. How I made it the first three years as a spy is beyond me!" She rolled her eyes and added more wood.

"Anyway, the text message also said, that they were coming after his, meaning Conner's babe, and her sister. I don't know him so I assume you knew him. Perhaps you'll know him when he comes in. I really haven't a clue who he is. Well I'll trust you, you I don't doubt at all." She kept her mouth quiet about Reese, her heart still up in the air, but her mind driving him out.

Settling herself into the space she had left earlier she looked back at Gabi, "The men want you, just in a different way then they want me. Perhaps I should go Ramboette on them like you, but I don't think I have it in me," she winked at her sister adding, "I'm the submissive one your the Dom." Her chuckle filled the air, as she took a sip of her sisters orange juice.

Alex groaned from deep in his chest, Cass’s body pulling and milking at the piston of flesh he had buried between her round cheeks. Her loving fluids poured down his legs as her petal soft lips were smacked again and again by his heavy balls. As she called for more, he growled, reaching out and taking a fist full of her silken hair, yanking her head back, pulling her against his pounding hips. His possessive nature burned to own her, body and soul, once more. Only because he knew that she owned him as well, no other woman could bring such lust and love from him as Cass did. He had missed her, so deeply, more then he ever thought he would.

“Fuck Cass…..oh Fuck!…..I love….<grunt>…You!”

It was becoming too much. Her heat, her quivering body as her orgasms shook her, all were bringing him close to his own release. He sped up his thrusts, plowing her sweet body harder, deeper. Fingers tightening in her hair, yanking her back time and again. He watched as with ever collision of his hips, her ass jiggled so diciously, he could not resist, and a large hand came down hard upon her cheek.

SMACK!

And again……SMACK!

All the while, he groaned and cursed. “Fuck baby….I’m cumming. Oh Fuck!!” Panting , his teeth grinding and sheer blissful agony as his balls tightened, his cock swelled, and his orgasm slowly approached.

"Sophia... oh, my Sophia," The woman dropped to his side, hugging him softly. Tom came up to try and pet her, weakly, but ended up just reaching and then touching her hair. She let his head rest on her lap, sighing as she saw his state.

"Look at what they've done to you. They've been mean to my poor lover."

"Some of it was fun," Tom said, only above a whisper, but he had a smile on his face as he said it. Torture and pain, yes he had to admit that some of it had been incredible. Even he was too much of a masochistic not to think that.

"I know, Tom, I know. I'm here now, though. I'm here to help."

Tom just nodded, pressing tighter into the warm body. The warm body of a woman with hard Russian features and a slight accent, one who had just recently been called in, cause she looked a little like Gabrielle. The same eyes, perhaps, or bone structure. Something triggered it... and for a man on a short chain desperately reaching for anything out there to save him, this was it.

"You're going to have to do what I say though, in order to get out of here, do you understand?"

Tom nodded again, too weak to do anything else.

"Listen to my voice, ok? Listen as I count back from 5. Listen only to my voice Tom. You will listen to me, and you will obey. Close your eyes."

Tom nodded his eyes closing, his mind already drifting off to that one place in his mind, that subconscious door opening, accepting of his Sophia and all she had to offer.

"...3 ...2 ...1. You are no asleep."

"Yes." Tom said, his voice cracked, but a little deeper than before. From inside the interrogation room earlier, the blonde Russian finally leaned in, looking at Tom and their little spy, a smile warming up that cold face.

"Good... now tell him what he must do."

"Tom.. there are two sisters. We need you to-"

Tom was given explicit instructions. He nodded, and agreed with them all. Why wouldn't he? This was his Sophia after all, and what she was asking was so little, to be honest. Just a small sacrifice for saving his life. Tom would do anything for her... anything, even kill her if she asked him to.

Right now, he loved her so much, he would do anything.

Gabrielle nodded solemnly looking at Sophia.

"We've been apart too long and for what? I agree I don't ever want to be apart again either." She affirmed.

"I trust you too, only you. I don't know about all this but I hate the idea of being cooped up for weeks with someone we don't know. Maybe I will know him when I see him. We all use other names from time to time. These that you have told me do not sound familiar."

She smiled at her sister and sat close just feeling that oneness that had been missing for so long.

"So you think I'm a Dom and your a sub? That would sort of make us fit together well, which we do but I don't know where you get these ideas. Was Reese a Dom type? I can only imagine. I just like to be able to feel, Sophie. I like to really feel things and that means I like the sensations, whatever they may be to overwhelm me. I know Tom tried to rape you but I'm remembering more of my time with him. He fit me too in a weird way. Usually I have to train a lover to give me what I need, and to take what I have to give. Either that or I have to go easy on them. I can do that but man, Tom, my Victor was nearly perfect in that regard. I'm sick. I'm broken. You are the best and the brightest but I'm soiled honey. I know it, it's okay, that's just the way it is." She cocked her head to the side and looked out the window.

"Ooh! I know! We can make snow ice cream!" She said going from sad and reflective to excited and childlike in about 0.5 seconds.

Sophia pulled her sister to her once more, "You're not soiled, I'm spoiled.." she grinned rolled her eyes and laughed. "And a poet," she winked. Sophia moved from the bed and fished out a pair of warm clothes that were stuck in a box way up high on the top shelf of the closet.

She tossed a coat, gloves, snow pants, thermal underwear and boots. "Why the heck didn't he give me any of this?" she thought to herself, thinking of the stuff she had to scrounge around to wear outside.

Gathering the pile from the floor she dumped them on the bed, "Here you go, get dressed and we'll mess around outside. Believe me, I don't want to do what I did last night for entertainment." She blushed red and pushed her hair from her eyes.

"Gab... not sure what were going to do here. No TV, no radio, no phone... well Conner has a cell phone, I'll look for that later today, any way... a few books, a notepad which.. I drew a wonderful picture of him, but he doodled on it.. " she sighed, "Oh well."

"I'm going to whip up some real food while you get dressed." Sophia headed to the kitchens and knocked on Conner's door on the way, again no answer. She shrugged her shoulders, and headed off, thoughts of bacon and eggs in her head, and hot tea.

"I didn't know you were an artist." Gabi said, her eyes getting big as she looked anew at her sister. Pulling on the warm clothes she began ticking off the stuff they'd need for snow ice cream.

"We need to check in the kitchen and see if we can find some vanilla, sugar and milk, even canned or condensed milk will do!" She continued getting visibly happy thinking about doing this little project. Her clothes took a while to assemble but she got ready as quickly as she could. Wasting time was not something she was used to.

"Actually Sophie, I'm sure we will find something to do. Let's just wait and see what we come up with. We may find a way out sooner that our hunk says if not, it won't be the worse thing in the world. I mean we haven't been together in so long and I don't know about you, but I hardly ever get to relax." She walked with her sister to the kitchen where they both looked for what they wanted. Sure enough they found some canned milk, some powdered milk, sugar and vanilla extract.

"Woot! Lookie at this! We are going to have some good stuff now. A white sweet fluffy desert that will melt in our mouths! Maybe we even eat off the hunk if he ever gets up!" She laughed and found a good sized bowl to gather some clean snow in. Going to the door she turned to wait for Soph.

Cassandra felt the warm liquid splash into her, and she welcomed it with claws digging into his skin. "Oh God, Alex!" she cried out as his seed traveled up into her. Her body had craved this man for so long, it was as if a flood of untapped emotions continued to rock through her each time they mated.

Her body spasmed over and over as her own orgasm continued to bury itself against the walls of his shaft. She covered his cock with her fluids, as he covered her with his. Tears sprang up from her closed eyes, as the love, and passion filled her heart and soul.

With each slap of his balls, and the smack of his hand on her wet flesh, her body had worked through several quaking rounds of shudders that had tore through her. As she slowly came down, and Alex's pumping decreased, she allowed herself to open her eyes, and look into the one's of her mate. Her lips met his in a tender welcoming kiss, and her breast pressed against him. "Love me slow, baby," she whispered.

She ached for him to carry her to the bed, lay her out, and worship her body, the way he had years ago. "I just want to remember us as much as we can before we have to face reality." Her eyes looked into his, "Please Alex, I need this so very much."

His body quaked, jerking as his sent his sperm deep into his dear wife’s ass. His fingers dug into her soft flesh, leaving marks of deep red upon her skin. His teeth ground, as spittle flew from between them at ever deep shuttering breath. How much he had missed this woman, how he had forgotten what she was able to do to him, to make him feel. He had craved her for so long, her smell, her touch, her voice….his heart had ached for all of her. Now, here she was before him, in his arms as she rose up, her eyes on fire with both love and lust, and he new his own reflected the same.

As their lips touched, the fiery lust he felt began to fade, replaced with a need, not to fuck her, but to love her. Only Cass was able to make him feel like this, to feel a want to caress, to touch. This need filled him as he pressed against her lips, drinking her in for as long as he could.

She then asked for what he wished to do. Almost reading her mind, he scooped her up in his arms, and, still dripping in tub water and other liquids, he lifted her from the bath. As he walked towards the now well used bedroom, his mouth found her neck, suckling lightly upon her sweet skin. How he hungered, even after so many times, still he hungered for her. Gently he laid her on the bed, then stood back, looking upon her firm beautiful form, as he had done that first time so long ago. As then, she was a treat to his eyes as they devoured her. Her tanned smooth skin, stretch taught over firm muscles. She stretched like a cat, full round breasts standing proud even as she laid on the sheets. Drops of water that still clung to her shimmered like jewels.

He could stand it no long, his hunger for this woman overpowering. He laid over her, finding again those sweet soft lips, beginning a tender kiss. On her body, his hands were busy, dragging his fingers up her arms, relishing the feel of her skin under his fingertips.

“ I need you too, baby.” he spoke against her lips. “I’ve been without you for too damn long! Never again!”

Justin's grin just about split his face open. He had it! The key that made the bird virus able to be caught from one person to another by air! Emmet would be pleased. Now he just needed to conduct some trials with the prisoners and his main work would be done.

He wanted to kiss Rain and celebrate but she was sick today. She had looked terrible when he checked on her this morning.

Ms. Pillions read the reports that were filtering in. The boss would not be pleased. Her girls were missing under very suspicious circumstances. This along with the sudden death of her sister had to be weighing on Cassandra.

Dinsmore came in the office. His manner was crisp and businesslike as always.

"Do we know where she is yet?"He asked.

"We don't know anymore than we did a few hours ago about her. She was in the area of Delilah’s brothel but she is doing something off the books. We don't know what."

They didn't know what to think about the boss but they were worried. In the mean time they had three hot ops going on. So they got back to work while their minds tried to work around the edges of this new mystery.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Silvia watched Ms. Pillions and Dinsmore at work. She had a better idea of what was going on than they did. She had serviced Alexander Danov at Cassandra's directive but it took a while before she figured out why Cassandra was so eager to keep tabs on Alexander.

She left the compound and called Dern.

"Hey there, would he need me tonight? I thought he wanted me to meet him somewhere?" She asked.

"No babe. He is busy." Dern said. He watched the fired stewardess cry as she got out of the limo. They were back at the airport. He was a loose ends until Alex signaled him for something.

"Okay thanks." Silvia said.

"See you when we see you." He said. He was careful not to reveal where they were or what Alex was up to. He wasn't stupid. He sometimes played stupid if Alex wanted him too. Some people assumed that he was. He was a big guy, people made assumptions that got them into trouble. Alex liked people to underestimate his crew, it simply brought another advantage to the game.

He looked at the stew again. The black mascara that had looked so good on her before, not ran down her face in rivers. Damn that just wasn't right. He felt he should do something. He had some time off.

"Hey listen, it's okay..." He began going over to her. "Why don't we get you cleaned up and maybe a bite to eat? I know he can be harsh but I'll help you get back home if you need it."

Her eyes showed just a little hope. It nearly broke his heart. He felt sure he'd have her in bed in less than an hour.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Silvia called her other employers next.

"I think they are together. Somewhere near Delilah's." She said.

Edmund Buchanan didn't like to hear that. The consortium was not ready for the two of them to get back together. They had kept them apart all these years. Kept the twins apart too. Now it was going to have to get messy or things would go the wrong way.

"Go back to the compound. Keep feeding as much as you can back to us. If we need you to do anything else well let you know. Good work finding this out." He said before he replaced the receiver.

Bugger! He'd have to call a meeting. They'd all want in on this or it would be his head for failing to include them. He began to make the secret communications that would alert them all.

Cassandra knew that they would have to cherish these moments, they would find her soon, and him with her, and the it would be only stolen moments in planes, closets, on buses. The thoughts of the places where they would have to find time to fuck thrilled her and she felt the juices of her body relax and begin to flow once more along the walls of her cunt.

His touches burned her skin, bringing goosebumbs to her flesh, as he moved over her. Air hit her skin, shivers ran through her, as the water tried to dry in the open air. His body rested over hers, pressing into her, and covering her as if he were a shield to all the evil in the world, and he would protect her with his own life if needed.

The kiss that was pulled from her by the touch of his lips, showed her own willingness to give up everything once more, to save his life. Cass had been lucky, he had taken her back, he had accepted her for the time she left, and he still loved her. With each stroke of her tongue against his, she moved her leg along the side of his, while the other rested bent at the knee.

"Never again, my love," she whispered as their lips seperated for a short time. "Never," she repeated, emphasizing that she was forever his, and she would never leave him. In truth they both knew that if the sacrifice of ones life over the other was asked of them, then the vow they had just spoken would be null. Neither one would admit this to the other, but chose to live in the moment.

Her fingers trailed over his back, feeling the hard rippling muscles beneath each stroke and movement. "Love me forever," she asked him, as her lips tasted the soap, and skin on his shoulder. The taste of the soap was lost on her, as her body melted against his.

Sophia chuckled and followed her sister outside. The snow was no longer billowing around the countryside. It was high and it was thick, but for once Sophia did as her sister suggested she relaxed. She scooped snow into a bowl, she fell on the white fluff and produce a half a dozen snow angels each one more precious then the last.

An angel, she thought to herself, that was what her mom and dad were. She knew that whoever had told her and Reese that her mom was alive had only used it as another way to make her a pawn in their game.

She looked at her sister, quietly she slipped away to the side of the cabin. As Gabi continued to frolick in her own way in the snow. Sophia began to prepare herself for the one fight she knew she would have to take on. The one thing that Gabi would lose at. This battle could only take place here, and Sophia knew this. The time had come to take Gabi out.

When her arsenel was ready Sophia took a deep breath and looked around the corner of the building. Gabi still hadn't noticed Sophia had disappeared. She would notice soon, as Sophia took in her mark, and aimed her shot toward the spot at the center of her twins head. Gripping her lip between her teeth, she fired the first shot and then quickly the second.

Sophia squealed as the first snowball careened into Gabi's head, quickly followed by the second that smacked her in between the shoulders.

Gabi was thrilled with the quiet clean landscape around her. The soft white blanket covered everything. When she stepped into the snow it came up to her knees!

After helping get enough snow for the ice cream she watched Sophia make snow angels. How fucking perfect for her sister. She was an angel. Not like Gabrielle the dark child.

She sighed. If things had been different that could have been me. Fuck it. I'm happy. Well I'm okay anyway. She thought, wiping her nose off with a glove. She got to work on something decidedly different from snow angels.

She was working on it so hard, her mind clicking and whirling. Somehow she forgot about everything and everyone else. Her snowman was making the snow chick suck him off. Then another snow chick was stepping on a prone snow dude, yeah, right there! She thought as she made the final touches on that tablou. Yeah, this was her brand of darkness, she giggled and stepped back. What next? More perversions or...

*smack!* What the hell? She turned around crouching. *smack!* The damn snow ball hit her right in the face, she blinked away the snow with a roar.

"Oh no you didn't!" She screamed. *smack* Snow hit her neck and slid down inside her jacket.

"You little bitch!" She yelled, starting make some return ammo. "You are so asking for it!" She warned.

*smack* Another one right in the kisser.

Gabi was blinded and threw the first ball that way, missing her sister by a good bit.

"You do not know what you are in for Soph!" She yelled. *smack* "Argh!"

So the snow battle began but really Sophia had already won before Gabi even knew it was on.

The battle was over in minutes and Gabi was covered in white fluff, and Sophia had her fair share of the stuff covering her own skin. The girls later worked together checking the perimeter of the property, and Sophia noted a few places that would make good escape routes if neccessary, she pointed out a few to Gabi, and together they worked out the fastest way out of the area if the time ever called for them to leave before Conner could take them.

They were back inside and working in the kitchen. Sophia was making the hot cocoa and Gabi the snow cream. When Sophia stopped for a moment and watched her sister.

"You know, I keep coming back to one question. If whoever they are that want us in Switzerland why didn't they take us then? Why not keep us there when we were in the Alps in the first place. I mean shit we were both there, it wasn't until later we were together, but still we were there all ready once." She shivered as she remembered the scene in the cabin that was nestled in the Alps.

"I also want to know who Reese and Tom are. When you were in the hospital, Reese and I were taken to a compound, and tossed files that linked our agencies together. We were told mom was alive and she was the match they needed for your marrow transplant." Shrugging her shoulders she continued, "I know things are doctored up everyday, but I just keep coming back to why we are all linked together, and call it wishful thinking but maybe she is alive?"

The cold blizzard driving around the complex had indeed made for an excellent cover. As Reese passed by another empty corridor, he could was surprised not to see another guard out here.

Maybe they had all gone into some main building, set up a fire for warmth and were planning to wait out the storm like everyone else. That would be a most excellent wish, something even Reese, with his devil's luck could not have believed this would happen.

Another wing, and still no one. He would hear the screams, or agony of a prisoner here and there, but none of them were American, and certainly none of them were Tom. Most were Russians, healthy young men who seemed just about on the breaking point of insanity. How long had they been in here? Weeks? Days?

God, the cold and the wind, no food or drink, and the only comfort inside the cell were bars and chains that held you in place... it might only take hours for someone to snap.

He had crossed the complex half over, before he heard voices ahead of him. One Russian, and the other more or less American. It had a thick accent, but it was unmistakable. Reese ducked into an empty cell, peering out.

"Did I do well, Sophia?" Two guards were carrying a limp body, it could not walk on its own, but rather shuffled as they went. Sometimes his legs were dragged, other times he took an awkward step out on his own. He didn't look too well. A trail of blood followed them.

"You did very well. Come, we're going to put you back home now."

They opened up a cell adjacent to the one Reese was in, and he leaned against the wall they shared, listening. A lump rose in his throat as he heard Tom talk to the woman so informally. They didn't get to him already, did they?

"I'm so tired... and hungry. Can I get some food?"

"Of course, there is a steak waiting for you inside. With mashed potatoes and bread rolls, and green peas. Don't you like that?"

They were locking him in place with chains. Reese could hear the metallic click of each one sliding home. It sickened him.

"I do very much. I always knew you were going to take care of me."

Two huge mounds that were guards came out of the cell, waiting for the one woman. She hung back, her voice soft and compassionate.

"That's my job. You take care now."

Reese waited a long time. He paused after he heard their footfalls echoing off the hollow walls, and then kept quiet, listening to Tom's ragged breathin the other room.

He came out, looking at the door. It had been locked in place, a simple bolt lock, nothing designed to keep people in or out, just something to slide across. The chains inside were what kept them under control. Reese slide it open, and looked inside.

Tom was beat to shit. Blood sovered one side of his face, the other was a mass of bruises and swelling. He looked like some crazy interpretation of the elephant man. And, for the love of God he was smiling. As he laid there, desperate and cold, he was smiling.

Reese came up to him, slowly, cautiously.

"Tom?"

Tom raised his head, "Sophia..."

"Tom, it's me. Reese, are you ok?"

At that moment, something clicked in Tom's eyes. A piece of recognition perhaps, or something else. He didn't know, but at that moment it did look like the old Tom again.

"Thank God. I need to get out of here. Quick, help me get out. They are fucking crazy. Too much longer, and I'll go nuts in here."

Reese made a silent prayer to whoever was listening. They hadn't got him yet... perhaps they were close, but this was the old Tom. Good old motherfucker that would rape or fuck whichever sister he wanted, and not care either way about it.

Reese grabbed at a small bag, opening it up to reveal several sets of blank keys. He ran them along the locks, moving inside each time. A single click of acceptance, and Tom was free.

"Come on buddy," Reese said, helping him to his feet, "We gotta get you outta here."

"Yeah," He said, "Gabrielle will be waiting for me."

Gabrielle? Reese cocked him a small look, but decided against it. Fuck, who knew where the girls were, Arizona perhaps. That was the latest intel on them. At this point, they could be anywhere, with anyone, thoughts of Reese and Tom gone from their minds. Nothing more than a forgotten fart in the wind.

Reese didn't have the heart to tell Tom though. Not when they were so close to escaping.

"Yes, Gabrielle is waiting. Come on."

Tom seemed to gather strength at this, as they began walking to freedom.

The young woman, who had a striking resemblance to Gabrielle, smiled.

"See, he remembers. He called her Gabrielle."

The young man cocked an eyebrow, but said nothing, "You sure you want him to escape, he didn't not stay under long."

"Long enough. Believe me, he will obey what is inside that little brain of his. Even now it's ricocheting back and forth. When he meets up with the sisters, we will finally be able to see."

"But, how is that possible, Reese and Tom? The sisters won't want anything to do with them."

The young woman just laughed, "You know nothing about love, do you..."

He did not say anything else after that, but did cock another eyebrow. Apparently, in the world of spies, love had little to do with these decisions. But, who was he to know?

Maybe, in some other world, in some other story, they could all live happily ever after.

Maybe...

Gabi stopped and looked at Soph.

"You know what? That's just crazy." She said. Anger was evident in her voice. "What we went through, because they died, I think if they were alive, I'd have to kill them. I mean for you maybe it was better. You were adopted." She got choked up then. Going silent and turning away she finished with the ice cream recipe and handed her sister part of it in a bowl. She still couldn't look at Sophia. The pain, what made her so different from her twin, the main source of her darkness, it was too raw. Tears stung her eyes. I won't cry. She thought. I won't! She found some spoons, handed one to Sophia and still not looking at her sister tried to act okay.

She scooped a little of the snow ice cream into her mouth. It was good and cold. The creamy sugar mixture tasted bland to her now though. It did help with the huge raw knot in her throat though. No, they couldn't be alive. That would be like finding out her God was actually the devil. If they were alive, why would they let the things happen to her they had? She was only five when things began... Shut! Up! She told her brain. Just shut the fuck up now! Thinking about something else. Think about anything else. Think about ice cream.

Hell that wasn't doing it for her anymore. Think about pink cake. Nope, that didn't work either. Think about, castles and unicorns. Uh huh. Think about Victor choking you. Yeah. That was more like it. Think about choking Victor. She smiled a little. Think about him raping your ass tearing you both up in the process. She sighed. Gabi wanted to giggle then. She wanted to feel it again. She wanted the bruises and the blood. She thought about raping his ass, a grin split her face. Yeah that was it! And her cock wouldn't get torn up in the process. They'd have to work on tearing her up later.

She took a mug of hot cocoa, the hot felt good going down her throat.

"Umm!" She said, relaxing a little. "That's good Sophie!" I can be normal, really I can she tried to convince herself or at least not scare my little sister. She took another bite of ice cream the cold flowing down her throat after the heat. Yeah it was going to be okay. Sure it was. Everything was always okay. I hope I see him again she thought.

"Hey your Mr. Smith sure is missing out on a fun breakfast. Think we should go wake em? I bet some snow in his face would do it!" She said and giggled.
"Not to mention snow elsewhere!"

Sophia noted her sisters sudden desire to play after her sudden desire to become quiet. "It wasn't my fault I was adopted by a decent couple. I can't help that," the ice cream losing its flavor. She put it on the counter, and took a seat at the table.

"This is the first time we have seen each other in years. You know about my life, and yes it was picture perfect until I got roped into Saving the World, now its like a fiasco that I can't wrap my brain around. Do you know I can't even think when you're not here with me," she bit her lip and pushed away a tear that was threating to spill over.

"I agree with you. If they are dead, it would be for the best, unless they had some good reason." She looked at the face her sister made, "It happens look at us, look how many lives we've fucked up just so we could save some dick wads ass from someone else fucking it." Sophia quieted her voice, her temper rarely was brought out, and her more submissive side often prevailed over her.

She waved her hand toward Conner's room, "Him, I don't get him. I go from thinking he's legit, to thinking he is hiding something. Everyone hides something. Even you," she looked at Gabi. "You're hiding something right now, and I wish you'd tell me. I know you life sucked, and it was terrible, and it was horrid, but Gab, you're still my sister, and I love you."

Standing up, she took the cup of coca from her sister and pulled her into her arms, "I will always love you, and if and when you're ready to talk to me, then I'm there." She pulled back and pressed a kiss to her sister's forehead, "You're my other half Gab. You complete me."

Gabi grabbed onto her sister's hug as if it were the only thing to keep her from going under a ten foot wave. Her tight hug answered her sister's.

"Oh Sophie, that means so much to me. I feel the same way. I'm so sorry! I know it's not your fault. I'm not trying to hide anything really." She didn't let go for a long time. She couldn't have let go if she tried.

"You mean everything to me. I know I'm dark sometimes. You don't need that part of me in your life. I don't want to taint you. I'm not trying to keep secrets, really but, there are things, you don't need to be exposed to, things that happened to me and helped make me, different. Just, know that I, I don't think I can stand being without you and I love you."

As she stood clutching her sister to her, the worse thing in the world happened. Gabrielle broke and began to sob. She hated herself then. She hated and feared the tears. They came like a flooded river long kept damned up. They made Sophia and Gabi's clothes wet. Her sobs were animalistic sounding things.

She felt herself getting weaker and weaker. She was miserable. I am the one who is supposed to be strong. Damn me! I want to go. I want to cut myself into a million pieces. She let go of Sophia, struggled to stay upright. Sat at a table and put her face down ashamed. Still bawling, she tried to talk.

"Don't mind me." She managed to get out around her sobs. "I'm feeling emotional. I'm sorry. Just ignore me. I'm so sorry." Gabi said her face now red blotched, her eyes were becoming swollen.

Sophia watched her sister and knew that she was embarrassed, but also hoped the cry had helped even for such a short time. "I do that . . . cry. All the time!" Her hand touched Gabi's, "It's okay. If and when and even if never. I'll always be here for you to talk to, unless . . . someone takes me, and then you best come get me!"

They finished the cocoa and the ice cream silently. Until Sophia looked at her sister. "Gabi, I'll go nuts here if we have to stay in this cabin."

She rolled her eyes, "And no were not messing with Conner. He must have really wore himself out yesterday." Sighing she picked up the dishes and that was when she heard it. The one thing she was postitive that if someone wanted them bad enough someone was going to get them. No compound was safe.

The text message had said the Red Army would be much later. This wasn't the case. The whril of the copters were coming closer and something told her they were going to be dropping a few visitors for them.

"Gabi.... there are guns and ammo in the bag in the living room, under the chair by the fire." A Bell UH-1H, she groaned in frustration, as she pocketed various knifes and quickly grabbed some to give to Gabi.

"Sounds like a Huey, sis. Who knows how many are on board." She knew Gabi knew the specs of the copter just as she did. She only hoped the copter didn't hold the 13 troops, not counting the two crew members. Sophia didn't even want to think of the weapons it had on board.

"Grab the duffle bag, I'll wake Conner," she hurried to the man's room.

Gabi tried to find humor in her sister's joke but she couldn't.

"No one better ever take you from me again." She said in a shaky but fierce voice. Her sad eyes became the cold eyes of someone who was capable of nearly anything.

"And no were not messing with Conner. He must have really wore himself out yesterday." Sophia said.

Gabrielle frowned. This she did find humor in. She prepared to argue.

"Why not, how did he get so tired what did you do to...shit! What is that? I thought we had more time!" She said in a highly frustrated state. Her eyes were growing distant and cold again.

"Gabi.... there are guns and ammo in the bag in the living room, under the chair by the fire." Sophia said. Gabrielle moved to the stock pile, getting out the ones she wanted and throwing some to Sophia.

"I'm not in a good mood. They are about to find that out." She growled. Pulling the duffle bag with her she pushed over some furniture to help block the windows and provide cover. Peering out she waited as ropes began to drop. Sighting through the riffle she tried to see if these were the good guys or the bad guys. A murky distinction at best sometimes, it just might now matter. She could see no insignia, those had been carefully covered up as had the markings on the chopper.

Gabi hoped that they would expose the other flank of the copter to her soon, then she could take out most of them and the machine itself. They were armed. That was enough for her to start taking them out. If she took enough of them out before they got close to the cabin, maybe they would leave.

She lined up a shot and dropped one. Not stopping to think or feel, she lined up another in her sites. She was methodical and calm now. Her swollen eyes were burning but there was no time for personal problems, this was life and death. She took another shot. It was easy. The only problem was keeping up, if there were too many of them they would be overun soon. In the meantime Gabi would do her best to even the numbers.

Sophia hurried to the room and pushed open Conner's door. He was still in bed sleeping, she shouted for him to move it, and get his ass out of bed. Still he didn't move, she paused long enough to show concern then rushed over to him.

"Conner," she shook his arm, or what she thought was his arm. Her eyes widened in shock then in anger they narrowed. She pulled back the blanket and nothing but pillows and rolled up towels. "Son of a .... " she pulled back the blankets and once more felt the burn on distrust in her gut.

"Fuck it," she said. "I don't have time for this shit right now!" She headed back to her sister, all ready closing another part of her mind off. Conner Smith was now a mark, a mark that she'd have to take care of when she had the time. She hadn't saught out anyone personnel before, but Conner may be the first. Now she had to think of this moment, and leave her thoughts to Smith to another time.

"Gabi, we are so screwed!" A second Huey had just dropped off eight more figures that were advancing on the house from the rear. "Jesus Christ! What the fuck did we do??"

She ran back to Gabi, told her what was happening and scrounged two hand granades from the back. "I'll work the back." She kissed her sister on the lips and ran to the back of the house. Soon the first grenade was lauched and snow splattered the ground. The second one landed in the Huey and just as the last figures left the cables the helicopter was in a thousand peices. The two crew members nothing but ash.

It was like shooting targets in a gallery, thought Gabrielle. If she shot well enough, she'd get a big stuffed animal. She plinked another one down and another. She could do this all day providing the targets and the ammo held out.

She couldn't quite make out the figure in the open door but she could tell this wasn't good. Sure enough something came whizzing in toward the house. Shattering the window to the left of her sending glass flying into her skin, hair and clothes, she shut her eyes for a second. Fuck it, take as many out, maybe Sophie will get away, she thought. Gabi began shooting again. In between targets she glanced over to see what it was. Not a grenade because it would have blown by now. So maybe she would live after all. Shit! It was gas. What kind of gas? She pulled up her scarf and tried to use that to filter the effects.

Knowing she'd have to reload soon, hating it, as more men dropped out of the helicopter like baby spiders on gossamer strings. She was coughing now, coughing and getting strangely tired. She growled. Tired is for after the fight if you live. She thought.

No sooner had she spoken the words when suddenly there was a peircing ring. Cassandra jumped and Alex rolled from her. She leaped for her phone and waved Alex back down to the bed. She smiled, and whispered "Sorry, forgot to turn it off." She hoped he'd understand.

Her face showed concern and relief as she heard the news. She covered the reciever with the hand. "They have them," she told her husband. Joy was shown in her eyes. "Yes, I know. . . at least we have them now . . . "

She shut the phone off and fell back into Alex's arms. "Their safe hon. Now where were we?" She kissed his lips and moved her mouth slowly down his chest.
