Hi Fellow Literotica lovers,

I must say we love reading the stories online however I'm about to go offline for a few months due to us moving house. I'm wondering if there's an easy way to download the text from the pages (or the pages themselves) so hubby and I can still do some "light" reading  while we are away?

Or can anyone suggest a program that can do it? If it's allowed that is.

thanks

There are several ways to save the stories.

The simplest is to click File -> Save As and choose "HTML Only" or "Text"

Saving as HTML Only makes the pages readable offline without downloading all of the graphics.

You can also C&P into MS Word or other word processer fairly easily and save just the story text without the ads or non-story portions of a typical Lit Page.

Webaroo?

I typically use a GPL Perl program called Sitescooper to save web sites to my Palm, but that'll be too complicated for you. A quick google search turned up this Lifehacker post explaining how to use Webaroo. I've never used it, but it looks like it'll do what you want. Also check the comments for other possible programs.

cool thanks guys. sorry about the delay in getting back to you....been onsite working :(
