Theresa Alexandra hadn't had an easy climb to the position of manager. Sure it was an accomplishment that someone as young as 28 had reached such a high position within the company; but the price was even higher. Of course, she could have opened her shirt for her supervisors at any time. Her enormous F-cup breasts could have caught the eyes of the president and CEO themselves, and Theresa could have found herself into a comfortable executive job within a year of finishing college. Instead, she chose the hard way, and fought and clawed her way up the ladder with everyone else. Now she had another test.
The company was falling on hard times, and the unpleasant task of laying off underlings had fallen to the lower level managers, like Theresa. The culture of upper management favored ruthlessness and mercilessness; and if Theresa had any hope of promotions or even job security - should the cuts hit her level of employment - she could not afford to be soft.
So, when she came to work today - dressed in a black skirt, a matching black jacket, 3" heels, stockings, and a magenta button-down shirt that strained to contain her massive bust - her first task was to go through a list and mark employees for termination. Her supervisors told her she needed 10. She sat hunched over her desk, her long jet-black hair tied in a high ponytail, evaluating each of her employee's performance, deciding who to keep, and who to throw away.
