I should come here more often, it's inspiring me to write the NaNo prep work well, and has made the possibility of me writing two, maybe three novellas instead of one novel.

Better Half has been reading my prep work and suggested that it would be better to write two novellas of 25K words in length, maybe two at 20K with a 10K novelette kicked in.

I’m too much of a procrastinator to attempt NaNo again. But hey, whether changing lives or inspiring smut, we’re happy to be of service! :D

I am still broke, and I don't know how to fix it, no matter how hard I try.
The black dog keeps coming back again, and again, and again.
I'm the opposite to you EY, I'm the shell of the person I used to be.
I was a set the world on fire, get it done, nothing is too difficult, type of guy, I went thru many years in a high stress job, working 16-18 hours a day, around 50 staff, not including contractors, and millions of dollars of heavy machinery, working my ass off, for what, "a heart attack that almost killed me, that's what". I guess I just burned out.

But at least, I can now admit to myself and others, I'm pretty fucked eh!, even if I can't fix it.:eek:
I am happy to see some peeps are on the road to recovery!:)

Everyone’s body withers and decays at some point. What’s important is the mind keeps on fighting. Will power accounts for a lot, trust me.

Seriously your right, I have/had will power, it's just when you keep on trying and trying and failing, it tends wear very thin over a long long time.

I once told my boss, when questioned about doing something with a server, he thought couldn't be done, I said "just watch me, I'm the most stubborn son of a bitch you will ever meet, and I get shit done". Followed by "the day a black box with a cpu chip and memory beats me, it will be a fucken cold day in hell". :D
I got the job done successfully.
