As an interested outsider from a fairly liberal country, I have a hard time believing he is for real. The issues he is most concerned with seem so out of touch, and yet he bounces around near the top of the polls.

Interesting how the four remaining candidates so perfectly represent the pillars of the modern GOP: Plutocrats, Theocrats, Rand Zombies, and Racists. A party that has done everything in its power to tear people apart is now cannibalizing itself before our eyes. I'm loving it.

Santorum's obsession with America's bedroom activities will doom him to failure, of course. I just hope he beats out the other Republicans for the right to face Obama. What a show that would be.

Super Tuesday is just one week away, and Michigan... my beloved state... will be smack dab in the middle of it all.

Some news agencies have said that Michigan will be "a lynch pin" for their campaigns, and that "if Romney loses Michigan, all Hell will break loose!"

They'll all be here on the 28th, explaining to the good citizens of our fair state their stance(s) on the bailouts of the auto industry, which saved the livelihoods of many here and abroad and which they (the candidates) opposed.

Oh, this ought to be good; I can't wait to witness the carnage.

Santorum is running on the platform of religious conservative. He is going to town hall meetings and talking about what his stance on abortion and contraception would be, as president.

"One of the things I will talk about, that no president has talked about before, is I think the dangers of contraception in this country. Many of the Christian faith have said, well, that’s OK; contraception is OK. It’s not OK. It’s a license to do things in a sexual realm that is counter to how things are supposed to be.”

He is the one making outrageous statements about how involved he, as potus would be in the sexual lives of americans. He cant say things like that and then get annoyed when reporters bring it up.
