I'm always bemused by this. Firstly, a thread has been dead for 12 months. Secondly, the OP hasn't signed in for 6 months. What's the point in either replying in the thread or PMing the OP? Totally pointless exercise.

In addition to that, bringing old shit to the top of the pile forces newer and more valid threads down the list far too quickly where they get ignored.

It takes literally a few seconds to look at the date of the last post and to see when the OP last signed in.
