Now I'm not venomous, I'm just sad. We need a sad thread, dammit.

So here it is. Purge yourselves of your sadness until the forum weeps from the burden (instead of you, because you'll have gotten it out of your system).

So I suppose I should start this -

I'm young, yeah, but I feel like I'm going on 40 and am told I act as such as well, so what if I discarded the only person who could ever love me for my faults as well as all the good. Why do I pigeonhole myself in a place where I am taken advantage of and lead on? I hate it and all I want to do is cry, yet the tears have a hard time coming out. I think they get lost.

Thanks, Ari. None of them were people I was extremely close to, but they were all close or related to people I love. Needless to say, I feel pretty helpless to comfort people. I can make them laugh, that's something, I guess.

Two years ago I went through a similar loss of friends and acquaintances in a very short span of time. It's much easier to mourn amongst those who care. Your losses are also the world's.

As for exhausted, I understand that dragged down feeling. I'm not very healthy and right now, I'm waiting for my dentist appointment so that he can clear me for heart surgery.

I think there are brighter skies ahead for I can see the sun, or at least I can when I open my eyes.

I'm sad, stunned and upset that a friend of mine has stage 4 cervical cancer. She's only 27 or 28 and she has three little kids. I don't know much about cervical cancer so I don't know if she's going to be okay or not...

You feel like you're older because you weren't allowed to be a child. Your inner child is begging to be heard Sweetie...talk to her, let her be the little girl, its okay. The tears will come when they are ready and they will be a cleansing. You were not allowed to have those either but in time they will be yours, to release on your terms, in your own time and because you can cry freely.
You need to go deep inside and face those demons, but don't feel afraid because I will be behind you and I'm a fierce demon battler. When you see them for what they really are, you will see how small they have been all along and how they led you to believe they had power over you, you are the one that has the power.
