1.) You must disable the brain cells that cause stupidity by cuncussive force to the skull. This is most successfully applied with an aluminum baseball bat, though a 5lb sledge can be substituted it is less controlable.

2. ) Once all stupid braincells have been effectively terminated you should procede to stimulating the remaining cells by inflicting no less than 20 additional impacts.

3.) At this point check to see if there is a pulse. If not, the operation is a success, congratulate your team and retire to the pub for a few rounds of Guiness.

4.) If there is still a pulse attempt to carry on an intelligent conversation. If the subject is not coherent, it is likely you applied the force to the wrong side of the skull. rotate the subject and repeat steps 1 and 2.
