I'm the "techno-boobie" and I can't believe you need help doing quotes. Even I can do that. You're so much better on computers than I am.

On the thread, look directly under the posting you wish to quote from. There's a button that says "quote". Click it. It will set you up with a reply thread and the quote language will be in place. I usually space and type underneath all that stuff, though you could put the cursor above it and type -- it's just your preference.
