How do you clean out your mailbox, except for just deleting everything. I have some indecent proposals, and I want to keep them around. How do you save them?

Make a new folder in you IM and move the ones you want to save into it. Then you can delete everything else.

Here's a more efficient way to clean the box:

I think it was Mat who told be about the "download" button on the bottom of that thing. I right-click on "text", select "save target as," choose or create a file for them to go to (like C: PMs 7-06), and voila - PMs all in a nice file I can open and navigate in word. Then comes the hard part: Deleting all PMs, which still is scary even after triple checking that they are all nicely saved elsewher.
