Good role play partners can be difficult to find because they often pair off quite quickly. I know that when I find a good partner I stick with them. It's infinitely preferable to revolving through unsatisfying or clumsy roleplaying partners. For that reason, I think, a lot of good roleplayers end up "off the market" fairly quickly.
