The reason for testing is to keep tainted bud out of the market. You never know what the unscrupulous will do. If they want to give untested bud away, fine but no retail sales without a test or certified organic dealers.

If this were the case seed co's would be selling seeds in Walmart like pansy seeds and you could get feminized White Widow, Sour Diesel, or Grape Ape, etc seeds for $5 a pack of a hundred right next to the tomato seeds.

The cost of grow tents and hydroponics supplies would go down and the only problem would be generating the electricity to power the lights. Of course now that LED's are getting more affordable and efficient that may ease the load on the power system.

Yes realistically that Seedo thing is a scam to suck money out of the stupid. Buyers would soon learn the fact that it takes some technique to grow "Wonder Weed", but hey it would allow the Urbans to fuck the government a little.

In my area there are fifteen or twenty small Hydro Stores doing a land office business in supplying the home growers even now. By next year Walmart, Home Depot and Lowes will be carrying Hydro supplies and the strip mall Hydro stores will have some competition.
