There's been a lot of hullabaloo over this including lawsuits over location, venue and if it should be held at all.
Suppose ... just suppose ....
They decide to hold it 'virtual'. The core figures including those with spines that feel they can do something without all the Koolaide on the floor end up being the main participants.
In the end they nominate somebody other than Him.
