Allright, as a spinoff from another thread. It looks like both myself and RJM are exercising. I thought this might be a fun way to keep track, stay motivated and maybe get other joinees who are wanting some support.

You all know about my Domming myself smoke free and the new Domming myself vegetarian thing. So why not share the Dominating. We have plenty of em here right? Dom/me driven Lit exercise program. We can come up with a basic exercise program that doesn't require a gym membership or equipment to do. Just a minimum fitness plan that can be done every day. Probably pushups, situps and run or walk for an example. You have to keep us informed of how you are doing and if you fuck up then the other Dom/mes get to decide your punishment. Punishment would have to be carried out by yourself and reported back. That is the motivation factor. I don't think you want AA or Luna in here picking out your poison.

Let me know what the rest of you think about this and also if you would be interested in participating. Let us all know.

If we can pull it off it would be a lot of fun. We all could get interesting punishment ideas for when RJM screws up too. :D

Thanks B for jump starting this. Hey I am game with your basic ideas. We should allow those who are going to participate to designate at least one person who will deal out their punishment. I know if I fuck up 20 people just waiting in the winds to make some good suggestions. lol

The punishment should stay with in the boundries of the goal though, cuz I sure the hell am not gonna run no 3 miles with a butt plug I don't care what I agree to.

To participate you need to post what you will commit to

For example:
(this is my commitment posting for real)

Goal: To lose 20 pounds

Commitment: Work out 3 days a week for 2 months(8weeks).

Workout: All exercises listed for that week will be done each day 3 days each week.

week 1&2 :
60 situps broken into three sets of 20
15 pushups
4 sets of curls with my weights 20 curls each
walk around the block approx 1 mile. 1st week
run/walk around the block approx 1 mile. 2st week

Week 3&4
60 situps 1 set
25 push ups
4 sets of curls with my weights 20 curls each(10pnd increase)
Run around the block approx 1 mile.

Week 5&6:
80 situps 1 setting
30 push ups
4 sets of curls with my weights 20 curls each
3 sets presses
Run/walk around the block twice approx 2 miles. 5th week
Run around the block twice approx 2 miles. 6th week

Week 7&8:
100 situps 1 set
40 pushups
4 sets of curls with my weights 20 curls each(increase 10 pnds)
3 sets presses(increase 30 pnds)
2 3 mile runs

I will post every Mon Wed and Fri as schedule permits Starting tomarrow. Will post if I did all my exercises and will post weight loss or muscle gain(hopeful a bit of both) at the end of each week.

Since I think AA will be the most evil, Ill request him as my punisher if I screw up. As an alternate I'll choose Betticus should AA decline.

You know, that exercise regime doesn't sound too bad. I might give it a try myself (I can stand to lose a few kilos). I want my flat tummy back! I lost it over the past year and a half due mostly to eating wedges with sour cream and sweet chilli (sooooooooo tasty) nearly every day for lunch for a year combined with sitting on my ass studying. I gained 10 kg. It doesnt really show to others, but I notice. Plus I do barely any exercise anyway....

so I think I'll join you! When do we start?

Only I'll replace the walking with cycling every day when it's not raining.

LOL, now this brought up all sorts of interesting images, none of them that Domly though I'm afraid so yes, I agree, perhaps no butt plugs for you Domly Ones. We have recently made a commitment to get back into exercise and fitness and are working on getting it formulated and in action though most likely walking will be the only part we get to do together and the same...oh except for sex, that is a great way to burn off fat cells and always fun!!

Dang I didn't put sex in my workout. :( Maybe we could insert a rule that allows you to replace one exercise for that day if you had vigorious sex. Heehee.

LOL, but is it subjective to how many times you had vigourous sex in that day?:) ..and of course some of those positions can be a workout in themselves..pilates so to speak.:D

Some pretty damn sexy kinky wet your lips work out schedules are gonna be posted! :p

Week 1: (3 times a week and twice on saturdays)

Warm up exercises: Pilates and ass spankings
Exercise 1: 1 hour blow job
Exercise 2: 1/2 hour of flogging
Exercise 3: 3 sets of 5 cane strikes
Exercise 4: 1/2 hour of a good long hard fuck from behind.
Warm down exercise: 1 hour of after care

Cool. I like this plan but I'm going to do equal numbers of pushups to situps and will break into sets working up to 25 reps per set. I have to run out to Big 5 and get some dumbbells for the curls and triceps exercises.

Since RJM started today so will I but so far the only thing I've managed to do so far today is masturbate and take pics of my cock.


I'm taking Dom/me volunteers for the punishment for fucking up and alternates if one isn't available. Or they can get together and work something out between them.

I'll post some more specific goals later.

Nice that the calculator takes into consideration how much you actually weigh to factor what you burn.

BTW ... last time i checked, sex only burns about 200 calories/hour.

Hey now. This is the minimal weekly or daily/whatever exercise thing. This is just a starting point so just doing it is in itself a bit of a triumph.

Right, so we should also get together on an accepted minimum for getting out of punishment and an accepted bad weather plan in case you can't get out and do the walk.

I'm still lagging behind RJM, only done twenty pushups and situps so far but I managed to shower and dress and I'm off to pick up the dumbbells. For the curls.

If I get time pinched I can finish it up at work tonight on a break.

I think I can manage before I have to go to work though.

In about a week to 10 days, you should only feel the "good tired" at the end of the day. If something still hurts, have it looked at by a doc just in case. Whatever happens, don't stop. Find something with less impact on the affected body part(s) like swimming, biking, etc.

I have been working out for about a week, so I have been in constant pain till about yesterday. Today the exercises went smooth and started feeling the good tired your talkig about. That's why I skip one day to give the muscles a chance. I use to belong to a gym and had pretty little trainer teach me all the stretching exercises. I think I lost more weight just watching her, but it was a good tired if you know what I mean.

I'm 5'10 225 I still am pretty stocky from my marine corps days. If I ever manage to break 200 I'll post a full shot to celbrate my rippleiness. (For your own safety, please keep your hands and arms inside at all times, until this ride comes to a complete stop.)

You need to decide how many sick days you get. I only bring this up because I've had this demonic cold for a week, and it's been on my mind. I show up for practices anyway and do the stretch/walk/tai chi thing. (I still can't breathe real well without coughing up a lung or two, and I need those, darnit!)

So, I'm rooting for you guys but I'm sitting this one out. I work out enough allready. Now if you're looking for someone to set you some exercises... Well then, step into my office... :devil:

Cool, I'll catch up with later tonight B. let me know when you get your exercises done. Its strange but since I have started working out I have noticed some serious aggression and raw energy increases. Mostly mentally, as my body has been in so much pain and soreness over the last week. I guess it comes from having laziness kick my azz for so long, I now am finally taking a few swings back and like the way it feels. Now that I gone public and AA licking his chops in the wind, I am certain I am going to see this journey through.

Makes mental note, next time start a thread on baking pies or something... :rolleyes:
 
I started back about a month ago. There is nothing like paying $299 dollars that will get you to the gym. So I'm good for another 14 months.

But I'm not hitting on all gears yet. I need to do more walking and pilates. Or the ellipse. I've found that if I go at the busy time, there are usually 2 or more sets of bouncing tits to watch.
 
I scored dumbbells. I have my walk route mapped out but I'm running short on time so I might have to take a break at work and walk. I did two miles at work yesterday. We have a huge building and a circuit through the hallway is an eighth of a mile. in a giant rectangle. It's cool so I don't think I'll be getting punished tonight.
 
Why don't you put that new toy of yours to work and post your new dumbells.
