Sanctuary cities are illegal. They need to be stopped and the funding to them stopped. People arrested for crimes that are not citizens need to get on the next truck, boat, plane or piece of driftwood back to where they came from.

That said, immigration is necessary and some form of amnesty, after a period of due process, makes sense.
