1) at the top use the pull down menu to select "from the beginning" rather than "the last 10 days"
2) at the top use the pull down menu to select "sent messages" instead of "inbox"
3) at the top click the little radio button to check all messages
4) scroll down and hit delete
5) at the top use the pull down menu to select "message tracking"
6) repeat steps 3 & 4
