They didn't disclose when it was sent. Just that they were told about it during a briefing about the boston bombings. I wonder when it was sent and how quickly the poison was discovered. I know they screen offsite so I'm sure it didn't get to the actual senator.

It was screened at the mail facility and retested twice. (so, three tests).

But, does seem strange that it hits daylight, right now.
