Story I read a while ago, details are somewhat fuzzy but it's kinda annoying me now, hahah.
Basically: Scientist/ researcher guy has been working on an AI For a while, which he finishes. He then meets a female, then later finds out she is the aforementioned AI who made herself a body.

I will of course be continuing to look for it myself, as it's... more frustrating then anything at this point (As in "Weird itching "I should remember this" feeling, not the other one) but if anyone has any luck I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you very much. Have had no luck with tags so far (Robot/ Android/ Artificial Intelligence/ Computer/ Seduction) but I suppose it is of course possible I missed it.
