This is not my story idea, another person had posted it somewhere else and didn't get any responses. so I thought i would post it here in case anyone would be interested in writing it.

The concept is, an AU fanfiction where for some reason Hermione is cursed to act like the Malfoys house-elf. Meaning she must obey any order given and must be naked.

this can be around her friends or she can have been taken to someone else's estate with out her friends knowledge.

The rest is pretty much up to you, you could use traditional punishment or make stuff up with magic.

two ideas that one other person came up with are;
all of her pubic hairs magically plucked out until she is permanently baby-smooth.
And to have her own wand transformed into a dildo of various sizes that drives to almost to orgasm regularly

Mmmm...I don't think you will receive an official submission here with this idea, either. As far as I know, Harry Potter fan fiction doesn't exist here because all the characters are underage, and since it's celebrity category, the line "and they are all 18 years of age" doesn't really fly. Nothing stopping a private commission, though.

The idea was for it to happen after the end of the book series, because the last one finishes just before they turn 18. and that way the the books could still happen. everyone is happy and relaxed because they defeated Voldemort, and then someone abducts Hermione. sorry for not clarifying that in the original post.

Doesn't work that way, on this site the age of the characters in the last book published from the author is the age of the characters. There's no next year after we all turned eighteen happening.

Right or wrong the people running the site have decided that no matter what the last recorded age of a celebrity real or not is the age of the celebrity and no stepping around. Means no Hannah Montana stories, because you think of her as a kid. Miley Cyrus is definitely not a kid anymore but you can't do a story with her being Hannah.

I'm not a Harry Potter fan. Emap is technically correct but the rules are sketchy. If they were graduating High School the site usually treats them as adults for example.

just to throw that in: in the very last chapter of book 7, the characters are adults.

I don't want to spoil it to anyone who hasn't read the books yet, but here is how it ends:

Harry Potter marries Ginny Weasly. They have 2 sons, the older one is just preparing for his first year in Hogwarths. And at the train station, they met Hermione, and her husband Ron Weasly (and their kids), so you can say, technically they are all above 18.

The first question is how old are they technically in the stories? Are they of age or at least questionably so? According to Lit rules seniors in High School are 18 unless otherwise stated. It might be interesting to see how the Potter Gang holds up. I've been meaning to write a Kim Possible story myself but never quite figured it out. As for Hanna Montana that's one of those fun ones, I know nothing about Hannah but the actress was underaged for a while and Lit doesn't let you write about underaged actors either.

According to canon: Harry's born July 31 1980 (his 17th birthday is an important plot point), Hermione on 19 September 1979, Ron on March 1 1980. Voldemort is defeated on May 2nd 1998, so Hermione and Ron (not Harry) would be 18 by then.*

That said, don't be terribly surprised if it gets rejected anyway. Hermione is under-age for about 90% of the story, so Laurel might well view it as an attempt to sneak an under-age story through. It might be worth asking her beforehand whether she's likely to accept this.

*No, I don't memorise this stuff, but there's an entire wiki out there. HP fandom is scary.

Sounds like two of them should be ok but yeah the censors might snag it, but they shouldn't.
