I agree, "trickle down" is not a lie. It is an economic fact.

However, what is also true is that capitalists, especially those looking for base level support from the uneducated minimum wage earning majority, present "trickle down" as creating equity.

The working poor who want to stay working poor are going to vote (D).

Beware anyone suggesting "trickle down" will improve your financial situation, they're lying to you.

They aren't lying, it helped me out quite a bit.

But I'm not a minimum wage worker bitching about how un-fair it is others have more than I do either ;)

Thank you for your support.
If you made money from trickle down then your statement that you are not one of the uneducated poor minimum wage earning masses becomes redundant. You are clearly knowledgeable and educated and sufficiently well resourced to be able to use the system to advantage. In fact you should know better than to alert the great unwashed that the system can be utilised to advantage because those running the asylum will simply raise the bar. Mind you that's typical of you and your ilk, make a little of yourselves, climb the ladder and the pull it up after you.

Thank you for your support.

What support??

In fact you should know better than to alert the great unwashed that the system can be utilised to advantage

Why not? I want everyone to use the system, it's a great system!!

because those running the asylum will simply raise the bar. Mind you that's typical of you and your ilk, make a little of yourselves, climb the ladder and the pull it up after you.

The only thing with the authority to establish a bar or raise any ladders is the government.

Otherwise all you got to do is hustle, sell sell sell.

Newt Gingrich

Since Donald Trump was sworn into office I've heard Republicans proclaim that collusion isn't a crime, fraud isn't a crime, sexual assault isn't a crime, perjury isn't a crime and lying to the FBI isn't a crime.

Once upon a time, didn't the Republican Party claim to be the Party of Law and Order? How did they become the Party of Obstruction and Cover-Ups?

It all started with Newt Gingrich.

‘I almost fell out of my chair’: Ex-RNC chair laughs at Kevin McCarthy for being unable to stand up to Trump

Appearing on MSNBC on Thursday morning, former Republican National Committee chairman Michael Steele could only shake his head and laugh at House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) after he held a press conference and tip-toed around Donald Trump’s Wednesday night attack on the late Rep. John Dingell (D-MI).

Following the nationally televised press conference — coming on the heels of a House vote to impeach the president — MSNBC host Chris Jansing asked Steele about McCarthy’s performance where he called Dingell a friend — but refused to condemn the president’s comments.

Another Republican taunts the Rethuglicunts!:D

Trump may have just lost Michigan — according to a senior GOP congressman

While President Donald Trump was being impeached in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday night, he was firing up his base with a MAGA rally in Battle Creek, Michigan — where the president, not surprisingly, angrily railed against Democrats. One of his targets was the late Democrat John Dingell, who represented Michigan in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1955-2015. Trump suggested that Dingell was in hell, and Fox News’ Chad Pergram is warning that doing so could hurt the president politically in 2020.

We are all in Hell today, with Trumpski.

I tend to think he already had lost Michigan (the Dems cleaned up there in 2018, and no one will be assuming he'll lose next time around), but yeah, that didn't help. You don't attack a guy who brought home the bacon for 60 years, end of story.

You obviously can in a rally attended by his deplorables.

Even they were uncomfortable, though! Didn't you notice how he backtracked immediately when he realised the "joke" hadn't gone over well? Imagine just how poorly it has to be received for even Trump to be aware of it.

No surprise here, sadly.
A Republican lawmaker from Washington helped organize and promote acts of domestic terrorism and was involved in three armed conflicts against the U.S., an investigation has found.

Both Democrats and Republicans are calling for the resignation of Matt Shea after a report for the state legislature concluded he had planned, with far-right militia leader Ammon Bundy, to take over the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in Oregon in 2016.

The report said that Shea, from Spokane Valley in eastern Washington, had "participated in an act of domestic terrorism" when he went to the wildlife refuge to back its armed occupation in a six-week conflict that ended after one protester was shot dead and dozens were arrested.

Shea, a lawyer who was first elected in 2008 and hosts a weekly show on the American Christian Network, was also involved in a standoff at a Nevada ranch with FBI agents in 2014.m

Republicans seem to be so angry just now.
You'd think they'd seen a poor kid eat a free sandwich!

You'd think they'd seen a poor kid eat a free sandwich!

It's the next-worst thing: they've had to watch their Dear Leader actually be held accountable for his actions for once!

The next time one of Trump's sycophants has jury duty I would like to advise them to do the following:

1. Make sure that they make the court aware that not only do they know the defendant, but that they plan on being in direct communication with them the entire trial.

2. Tell the judge that you are going to vote for acquittal, no matter what the evidence says.

3. Remind the judge that you are working hand-in-hand with the defendant's legal team.

4. Mention that the accused has offered you money for your vote....and that you are going to take it.

5. Inform the judge that the oath you took as a juror is meaningless...you've already made up your mind.

Mysterious PAC propping up embattled Susan Collins’ attempt to hang onto to her seat

According to a report from the Daily Beast’s “Pay Dirt” team, embattled Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) is getting an assist in her campaign to cling to her seat after sentiment in her state turned against her after she voted to put Brett Kavanaugh on the Supreme Court despite accusations of sexual improprieties.

As the Beast reports, “The name of the PAC is a reference to the year of Maine’s founding, but 1820’s mailing address is in Washington. And a PAY DIRT analysis of public records shows the fingerprints of one of DC’s heaviest political hitters: the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.”

“The group won’t disclose its finances for the second half of 2019 until January. But in the first six months of the year, none of its donors hailed from Maine,” he pointedly adds.

CoC supporting an actual Rethuglicunt!

Lindsey Graham screeches at Nancy Pelosi: ‘Impeachment is a dead cat — stop playing with it’

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) accused House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) of playing “with a dead cat” because she has delayed sending President Donald Trump’s articles of impeachment to the Senate.

During a Sunday morning interview with Fox News host Maria Bartiromo, Graham dubiously asserted that the House of Representatives had “impeached this president because he chose to go to court.”

“To this impeachment debacle,” Graham later said, “to my Democratic colleagues, impeachment is a dead cat, stop playing with it.”

Bartiromo liked the line so much that she asked Graham to say it again.

“Impeachment is a dead cat,” he repeated. “Stop playing with it, bury it. It’s going nowhere. Quit violating the Constitution and give [the] president his day in court. And let’s get this behind us so we can talk about things people really care about.”

Dead or alive, it's Nancy's pussy and she'll play with it if she wants to!:D

Ex-GOP lawmaker admits party members forced to agree with ‘psychologically unfit’ Trump — or consider retirement

Go along to get along, Party.

The report notes, “Just under four years after he began his takeover of a party to which he had little connection, Mr. Trump enters 2020 burdened with the ignominy of being the first sitting president to seek re-election after being impeached,” adding, “But he does so wearing a political coat of armor built on total loyalty from G.O.P. activists and their representatives in Congress. If he does not enjoy the broad admiration Republicans afforded Ronald Reagan, he is more feared by his party’s lawmakers than any occupant of the Oval Office since at least Lyndon Johnson.”According to one former GOP lawmaker from Michigan, he was faced with the dilemma of bucking the president in 2017, and knew what would happen if he did.

Trumpski rules with his tweeter!:)

Republicans are on a ‘demographic death march’ by pledging their loyalty to Trump: Ex-GOP congressman

On CNN Monday, former Rep. Charlie Dent (R-PA) issued a dire warning to his party that they are losing a key stronghold of voter support for their embrace of President Donald Trump — and that he has put them on a “demographic death march.”

“It’s pretty clear to me that that many Republicans, particularly Republican leaders, they’ve gone full in with Donald Trump,” said Dent. “They see it to their advantage to be closely embracing him. I think by so fully embracing Trumpism, though, they’re creating problems for their own members. Particularly in the suburbs. Trumpism is not playing well [in] the suburbs, and Republicans have been getting wiped out in the suburbs.”

But, but, But Trump is strong in the rurals! I mean if Rethug's win in corn country, will it matter really?

Rethuglcunts were surprised that Trump beat Hillary, and decided it was Trump animal magnetism, not Hillary's shrillness that mattered. Ha Ha fooled again!:)

Man 2020 is going to be a trip for you. Reality sucks.

That's what happens when you only read LW propaganda rags and live in Southern California.

You become JackLouis.....thinking there is nothing more American than a totalitarian communist state, Marx wrote the Constitution, Mao is an American hero and anyone who challenges those ideas is a Nazi to be hated.

The Republicans just suffered huge losses in Kentucky in Virginia. How nervous do you suppose they are now?

More and more Republicans are beginning to fear a “total wipeout” in the upcoming 2020 election, according to Axios, warning that their party could fail to recapture the House and lose both the Senate and the White House.

A total of 19 House Republicans in swing districts have already announced they will not seek re-election, and in the Senate — which largely had been considered safe — “Democrats are raising more money, and polling better, than Republican incumbents in battleground after battleground.”

Meanwhile, Trump is trailing every major Democratic candidate both nationally and in swing states, Axios noted, and his approval ratings are consistently well below 50 percent.

A growing number of Republicans are warning this is a recipe for disaster at the polls next year.

Republicans deserve a total wipeout in the 2020 elections (although I don't think anything close to that will actually happen. Many folks vote party no matter what). They have been guilty of terminal stupidity in their dogged support for Impeached Trump over other options.
