Reported plagiarism days ago, still hasn't been removed.

I've now reported this story twice as it has been up for several days, and I've emailed the Literotica contact address with no reply as of yet.

User 'Fana197trip' is using my copyrighted characters and setting without permission here:

I've contacted the author and asked him politely to remove it both through email and the comments section, and he will not, he denies that I'm the copyright holder.

The Literotica FAQ states that:
"While Literotica is not in any way required to enforce your copyright for you, you are granting us the right to do so if we become aware of anyone using your story without your explicit consent."

This is a case where my IP is being used without my consent and I would like to request the removal of the content from the Literotica website please.

If you need any more proof that I own the material in question I would be happy to provide more information.

I'm on SOL, so I can see all of your stuff there and confirm he's horking your setting. If nothing else, there's the matter that this is based upon fanfic, which isn't allowed to be posted outside the Celebrities category here.

I have a financial stake in my setting as I provide my stories free of charge on several websites in order to garner interest for my Patreon and story commissions, I need to maintain control over my IP in order to do business, so you've really helped me out.
